These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Revmetry web application, QR pages, dashboards, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business or entity you represent.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Revmetry ("Revmetry", "we", "us", or "our") provides a software platform that enables businesses to collect customer feedback, generate AI‑assisted review drafts, and manage coupons and analytics related to feedback and reviews.
[Insert full legal name, registered office address, and contact email of your entity here.]
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the business or entity you act for.
By using the Service on behalf of a business (restaurant, salon, clinic, gym, etc.), you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that business.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must ensure that your registration information (contact details, business name, GST details where applicable) is accurate and kept up to date.
You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account or other security breach.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account has been compromised or used in violation of these Terms.
Revmetry enables you to:
Create location‑level QR pages for your business.
Collect feedback from customers who scan the QR code and submit ratings, tags, and comments.
Use AI‑powered tools to generate suggested review text based on customer feedback.
Provide optional coupons to customers in connection with feedback.
View analytics and reports about feedback, reviews, and coupon activity.
Revmetry does not post Google reviews on behalf of your customers; it only helps them draft content and deep‑links them to your official Google review page, where they control if and what they post.
You agree that you will:
Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Ensure that any review requests or incentives you offer to customers comply with platform policies (e.g., Google Business Profile review policies) and applicable Indian laws and standards on reviews and endorsements (such as BIS IS 19000 and related Quality Control Orders, where applicable).
Not use the Service to solicit, generate, or publish fake, misleading, or non‑genuine reviews.
Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service, or to access systems or data without authorisation.
You are solely responsible for:
The configuration of your QR pages, review prompts, and coupon campaigns.
Any communications, offers, or promises you make to your customers using the Service.
Ensuring that your use of customer data collected via the Service complies with applicable data protection and consumer laws.
Feedback and review text submitted by your customers ("Customer Content") belong to the customers who created them.
You receive a non‑exclusive right to view and use Customer Content within the Service for your internal business purposes.
You may not edit or repost Customer Content in a way that misrepresents the customer's original experience or rating.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Submit reviews in the name of customers who have not actually visited or used your services.
Incentivise only positive reviews (e.g., coupons "only for 5‑star reviews"), in a way that biases or misrepresents genuine customer sentiment.
Threaten, harass, or retaliate against customers based on their feedback or reviews.
We may suspend or restrict access to the Service if we reasonably believe you are using it to manage or encourage fake or manipulated reviews.
Revmetry uses third‑party AI services to help generate suggested review text from customer feedback.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.
AI outputs do not represent Revmetry's or any platform's views and are provided for convenience only.
You and your customers must review and edit AI‑generated text before using or publishing it.
You are fully responsible for any content you or your staff choose to use or publish based on AI outputs, including compliance with platform policies, defamation laws, consumer protection laws, and advertising standards.
You must not use AI outputs to:
Fabricate experiences that did not occur.
Impersonate other individuals or businesses.
Create harmful, discriminatory, or illegal content.
We may restrict or suspend access to AI features if we detect abuse or misuse.
You are solely responsible for defining coupon terms, eligibility, value, and validity period.
Coupons issued via Revmetry are a direct promise from you (the business) to your customers, not from Revmetry.
You must honour valid coupons that have not expired according to the terms you configured, except where prohibited by law (e.g., misuse, fraud).
You are responsible for ensuring that coupon and loyalty mechanics comply with Indian consumer protection, advertising, and tax laws.
Revmetry is not responsible for any disputes between you and your customers arising from coupons, discounts, or loyalty benefits.
The Service may integrate or interact with third‑party services such as Google (e.g., Google Maps / Business Profile review links), SMS/OTP providers, and email or messaging providers.
You acknowledge that:
These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Revmetry does not control, endorse, or guarantee third‑party services and is not responsible for their availability, performance, or content.
If a third‑party service changes its policies, APIs, or availability, we may need to modify or discontinue related features.
If you subscribe to a paid plan:
You agree to pay the fees specified for your plan (e.g., per location per month), plus applicable taxes.
Fees are typically billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and are non‑refundable except where required by law.
We may change our pricing or plan structure with reasonable prior notice and will apply changes from the next renewal period.
If we cannot collect payment, we may suspend or downgrade your access until outstanding amounts are paid.
Our collection and use of personal data (such as customer phone numbers, feedback, and your account details) are governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which should be read together with these Terms.
We collect and process data to operate, improve, and secure the Service.
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from your customers for collecting and processing their data through Revmetry, including for sending OTPs or coupons.
Revmetry owns all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, designs, logos, and documentation, except for Customer Content and your business logo/trademarks.
We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription term.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service.
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law.
Remove or alter any proprietary notices.
You grant Revmetry a limited licence to use your business name and logo within the product interface and marketing materials to indicate you as a customer. You can opt out by contacting us.
We aim to make the Service available with minimal interruptions but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.
We may update or modify the Service, introduce new features, or discontinue features from time to time.
We will endeavour to provide notice of material changes that significantly affect core functionality.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service (including AI features) is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that:
The Service will meet all of your specific requirements.
AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or appropriate.
The Service will be available at all times or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.
We do not provide legal, tax, or compliance advice. You are responsible for your own compliance with all applicable laws and platform policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Revmetry's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms will be limited to the fees you paid to Revmetry in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or INR [X] if you are on a free plan).
Revmetry will not be liable for loss of profits, revenue, or business; loss or corruption of data; or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms apply from the time you create an account or first use the Service and continue until your account is closed or your subscription ends.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
You materially breach these Terms (e.g., use the Service for fake reviews or illegal activities).
You fail to pay fees when due.
We are required to do so by law or by a third‑party service provider.
On termination, your right to access the Service ends. We may retain or delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable laws. You may request export of certain data within a limited time after termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms in the Service with a new "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example by email or in‑app notice).
Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Pune, Maharashtra], India.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
These Terms, together with any order forms and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Revmetry regarding the Service.
